Celebrate mum with a special day at Nutcote, home of May Gibbs. Enjoy High Tea in the garden and a guided tour of May's historic house and studio.
Nutcote is the beautiful harbourside home, studio and garden of May Gibbs (1877-1969). Australia’s foremost children’s author and illustrator is best known today for her iconic story, The Complete Adventures of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie.
Entry to the museum with guided tour of the cottage is included as part of the ticket. Please allow 15 minutes prior to check into Nutcote. Guided tours last 30 minutes, with the first tour at 11:30am and the last tour at 2:15pm.
