Nutcote Museum is now re-opened but only for pre-booked tours.

Our tearoom is also open but you need to book.

We offer a Devonshire Tea ($10) or a Gumnut afternoon tea ($15) pp. 



Nutcote will close over the Christmas break from December 23rd and re-open Saturday January 16th 2021.


Nutcote is the beautiful harbourside home of May Gibbs (1877-1969), Australia’s foremost children’s author and illustrator and best known today for her iconic story, The Complete Adventures of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie.


Located in Sydney’s Neutral Bay and now a house museum surrounded by delightful gardens,

Adult  $10

Children (under 16)  $5

Concession (must show an Australian Concession card on entry)  $8
